Under uppväxten ska hållning, balans, koordination, styrka, och rörelsekänsla interagera och utvecklas. Om barnet mår bra i sin kropp kan den använda kroppen till att utforska världen, leka, samspela och lära sig nya saker. Det bör alla barn få göra.
